Reception Policies and Information

Inclusions:

For function with 50 and above guests, free use of the function hall for 4 hours, For function with below 50 guests, free use of the function hall for 2 hours; Venue set-up and Arrangement; Use of P/A Sound Systems; Entrance to the Resort.

Billing Arrangement:

  • Php 10,000.00 reservation upon confirmation of bookings. All bookings are on a first come, first-served basis when it comes to the amenities. Bookings that have not made a deposit will still be considered as tentative bookings.
  • RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable, non-consumable and non-transferable.
  • Total Amount (Remaining Balance) must be paid at least 2 days before the event.
  • All rates are on Cash Basis

Cancellation of Banquet Sales and Room Reservations:

All confirmed bookings will be subject to cancellation charges as follows: Postponement – 10% of the total packages shall be charged

Other Charges:

  • Php 250.00 corkage fee per lechon (Pork), case of Soft drink/beer, bottle of wine
  • Php 1,000.00 corkage fee per lechon (Calf).
  • Php 1,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of each air-conditioned function room.
  • Php 1,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of the open function hall (Pool Garden).
  • Php 2,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of the air-conditioned in the Grand Hall
  • Php 250.00 electrical charge for every equipment use.
  • Php 30.00/head for every free flowing coffee.
  • Php 10.00/head for every round of Lemonade/ Iced Tea
  • Php 15.00/head for every round of Softdrinks
  • Php 2,000.00 in Garden Wedding (Good for 2 hours used, with chairs, sounds)

ROOM RESERVATION:

No show on agreed arrival date shall be charged in full equivalent to the total number of room nights guarantee in favor of the hotel.
